Romans Field Self-Evaluation

The purpose the school completing a self-evaluation is to enable us to assess our overall performance and identify areas for improvement, helping us to ensure we are meeting the required educational standards and fulfilling our responsibilities. It provides us with the opportunity to reflect and celebrate our strengths and enabling us to develop strategies for continued improvements. Using our self-evaluation, we are able to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation, and planning for future development. As part of our self-evaluation at Romans Field School we like to gather the views of our children, families and staff through questionnaires, pupil voice and meetings as they all play a crucial role in our school's ongoing development.
