Eagles
We are a class of 5 boys, a mix of year 5 and 6. Most of us enjoy playing football and other sports. We are helpful, responsible and hardworking and we have a good sense of humour. We love PE, maths and science and are looking forward to learning new things.

Summer 1 Term Snapshot
This term Eagles are continuing to work hard on the allotment site and the second reception area. In the reception area, we have planted lots of bee and insect friendly plants that we chose and bought from B & Q. We have also planted some herbs as we are also working to be a more eco friendly school and would like the kitchen staff to use food that we have grown. The allotment site will help with this. The Eagles team have set up a poly tunnel and built a shed to keep tools in. They have also dug out some raised beds to and planted strawberries and potatoes in them. There are more plants to go into the tunnel once our seedlings have grown bigger. We have also been carrying out requests for others in the school community and have made a bird table and upcycled an old mud kitchen to go in the therapists’ garden. It was a bit battered and old looking so the team gave it a lick of paint and spruced it up! We have also measure for, budgeted for and installed a cover for the gazebo to stop parents and carers from getting wet (or too hot!) whilst waiting for children. I am sure you will agree, the area looks much brighter and the boys have done an excellent job so far!
