At Romans Field School, we feel that it is really important for pupils to learn about, understand and demonstrate the different values within our school. It is our intention that pupils can implement these values not only just in their lives in school but also in their lives outside of school to improve their personal development, social, interpersonal and communication skills.
Our values are: Respect, Empathy, Honesty, Perseverance
At the end of the half-term each class teacher nominates a pupil for the value certificate to celebrate their success when they have shown the most or the best examples of the value.

Throughout the year our pupils work towards earning their Bronze, Silver and Gold wristbands.
The children need to earn 50 signatures on each of their reward cards to be rewarded their Romans Field School wristband.
The children can earn signatures from all staff members around Romans Field School.
All children at Romans Field are split into four different houses.
The house points are counted weekly and shared with the children in celebration assemblies. The house with the most points at the end of each term is rewarded with a house reward.
Children can earn house points for many different reasons including:
The house points also encourages the children to work as a team and to encourage the best in one another.
